Monthly K-W Knitters’ Guild meetings run from September through May on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. These meeting include Guild announcements, a curated speaker, member show & tell, an opportunity to increase/decrease your stash via the virtual yarn table and finally we spin the wheel for the door prize. Usually some lovely, squishy yarn – but not always!
Discounts at select shops
Many shops provide special benefits for Guild members. You can see all the current Store Discounts.
Each guild year we try holding different extra events. From Social knitting to KALs to our newest offering “The Knitting Lab”. If you are interested in running an Extra or have ideas for an Extra please contact [email protected]
Courses & Workshops
When courses and workshops are offered through the Guild, priority is given to Guild members for attendance. These are announced at meetings, posted in the newsletter, and on the events page when they become open for the general public.
The Guild library is currently under review as we figure out if we can make it work in our virtual set up. Stay tuned!
The Guild is a volunteer-run, non-profit organization that relies on volunteers to keep it going. Members are invited to participate in a variety of roles – whether large or small.
